Now my question: What video head can recommend it for max 100 ¬? Longer wanted to spend and I can not exist. As for the refreshments of Manfrotto?

You look at the times you can 701HDV: The costs just under ¬ 100 and gets pretty good ratings. Watch out, however, what your equipment weighs, because this head is for a maximum load capacity of 4kg. For a 7D with standard optics that is of course sufficient.

Do you have a tripod with a bowl? To level off quickly which is very useful.
Come stop synonymous depends on what you want to use for Lenses, the more telephoto, the more one sees the juddering halt.
Really good video head free just by a factor of 10 more, to say s.1000 ¬ begins slowly.
