Frage von Sowbug:Hi All,
I recently had my first video with the canon hv30 hdv mode in 25 (; + cinemode). Now I have it on Exempt premiere pro cs4, and am not quite sure what sequence settings I need to choose. I once selected HDV 1080p25 "and not play the video above, but synonymous with the timeline is long, in a red beam of the videos shown, which means yes, the format that must somehow be wrong. Perhaps you know what is the proper setting, and what must I do so I have the "true" 25fps (; ie progressive)?
would be great if you could help me.
regards,
sowbug

You know sure that the camera bears while covered by a chip for a whole picture, but two non-delayed half-images on tape. So you could post a 50i project in Premiere to pay for it.

recording. In the timeline, but the "p" is set correctly.
Antwort von Sowbug:
now I'm a little confused. So I have included in the special hdv25 mode of the canon, and this is now synonymous to 1080p25 timeline right (; synonymous when is displayed in the timeline of the red beams?) or do I Exempt in 50i (, so normal HDV) have to use to 1080p25 ? sry but I am with the whole "i" and "p" not yet so familiar.

That is true for the recording. In the timeline, but the "p" is set correctly. I mean no, on tape, there are no full images (p), there are two non-delayed fields. Yes, the HV30 produces no "real" p!
Antwort von Sowbug:
And what would be the correct sequence setting so that I can work with the right progressive 25p?
Antwort von Axel:
There
is indeed no HDV1080p. What is meant is concurrent with HDV 50i interlaced fields, as synonymous produced my XH A1. A 50i
sequence contained a field order: upper field first, a fiftieth of a second later the lower field, but that in the case of HDV1080 "false p belongs" to the first time. A computer monitor (; Project panel, preview) always show both fields at the same time, a primitive form of deinterlacing at 25 fps. Here, it still falls on not.
If you do not believe me, do not you try both. But is quickly made.

So I just use the "HDV 1080p25" sequence for my material to be able to properly process HDV25 (;, despite a red indicator for possibly the wrong setting) and to process the full 25fps without any "pulldown" matters having to do so?

Whether "simple" I do not know, and if the red bar is normal, I do not know exactly synonymous, I do not think so. I look at my partner, the premiere has, more often over his shoulder and just know that the true 25p timeline. "Easy" instead is the Final Cut Pro, with which
I work, but that does not belong here.

here. Workaround is HDV Split.
