Masks with the course. That means no sharp contrasts, but a white / black history.
On a video clip of the track with one lies Blur Effect. On the other track of the video clip is no blur. The mask is used so that certain jobs are transparent in the clip without the blur and you can see by the underlying Clip with Blur.
Simple thing - a high cost - a beautiful effect.
