Hello everybody!
have a good last-seen music video, where parallel scribbled on the "History" at the Picture is black and white lines with fine.
Unfortunately, as always, it's at, I interpret the video's title and not remember. And now that I want to do something synonymous do not have the template that I could show you.
Is there a software or a special procedure to help me then create an effect, or do I have to stop in an art-trick procedures Brush the finished cut video image for image in photoshop?

Look at the times Ulead ® Video Graphics feeds on. It's like this done, especially combined with a Wacom board.

Had the same problem as you .. I then had her eyes until I finally had found ausgekratz nen filter for something like that! Did my PC can not back up files and reformat finally made the filter, otherwise I'd upload it soon ... Naju, with the hope that refreshes worked!
