length between 10-25 seconds

they told me it should be s.besten Quicktime movie (*. mov)
How do I get the rather small with its good quality?
When I create in the Media Studio with the small resolution then the videos are still 25MB gruß although grad times are 14 seconds long ..
how must I go, what to select ..... Please help a beginning !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Codec: H.264, 800kbps, 320x240 or 400x300 pixel resolution, 25 fps, keyframe every 25 or 50 frames, depending on the speed of movement, with 96kbps AAC audio, stereo only when real stereo material exists, udn stereo is desired.

Thank you already, but I am an absolute beginner .. 've so far only. AVI files are created in which I recorded on video / go Create -> because the file extension *. avi and then select Templates in the template 4:3 PAL choices ... Codecs or options I have set and never knows where synonymous ned ..
I have the codec download and install, or how something works?
Do I have to consider cutting something / Or. ne different attitude to take?
BZW. if I would like to burn to DVD with the best resolution I must then consider what synonymous .. I always take the 4:3 PAL standard template with *. AVI and then burn the movie with Ulead distillery ...
any help would be grateful .. with the codecs versteh I just ned even when I was reading this forum .. what else am PC software is concerned and quite well in good shape but I hereby total steh an ..
