've filmed a concert yesterday, but unfortunately the video is somewhat dark and has NEN Rotstich.
Now to the question:
1. How do I get the video brighter? (not only on kontrast)
2. How do I get the Rotstich away?

I could be your only Premiere 6.5 in conjunction with a Matrox RT.X100 describe. The board functions of AP 7 (APP or 1.0?) Are somewhat unknown to me.
But there are, where you can adjust the contrast, not a brightness knob synonymous? - Thee is certainly clear that synonymous then the image noise more in the fore. With too little light and a post-whitening is quite normal. Or will the video only s.PC too dark and s.Television it is okay?

- The Rotstich get very good with the "channel mixer" away.
- Brighter with the "Luminanzkurve"
