Hi folks,
I have several videos I have downloaded a small file size and still a very good quality. The video resolution is only 640x480, but is the video in fullscreen mode is not blurred. And if you look at the television, then the sharpness is so good that it almost looks like HD. I know that all the videos were encoded with DivX, but if I have DivX on coding 'Better Quality' select, then the picture stutters during the recording. The Resolutiondes videos I have also asked to 640x480. Do I need a faster processor, so as to create a video. In Momemt do I use the 'AMD Athlon 64 3800 +, which is just 2.4 GHz owns. Or do I need a faster graphics card or more RAM? My graphics card is "ATI RADEON X1300Pro. This is not synonymous grad 'the fastest. Please, fast answer.

Furthermore, the comparison with HD just a cartoon show!

HD High Defination means that everyone knows that.
Then there is either 1080i or 1080p.
The 'i' stands for 'interlace' and is half or so.
The 'p' stands for 'progressive' and is full.
Then there's 1080i (or p) @ 30th
The'30 'stands for "30 fps. And that means that the Bilwiederholrate a video of 30 frames in one second has.
Frames are better than half, because only one and not two images per second can be processed, so the Bildaufbhau faster.
Then there are still vertical and horizontal bars, with the horizontal bar Resolutionvon always a 1280x720 and the vertical bars have a Resolutionvon 1920x1080.
For SD (Standard Defination) it was always 576i.
So 576 pixels interlaced. (720x576)

You do not captures some of your camcorder directly to the DivX format? Then it would not be surprising if a better Encodierqualität a jerky video would result. The computer would then indeed synonymous to do more ... it creates no more someday .... jerky.

Interlaced is not worse than progressive, at least not in Röhrenfernsehern ...

It plays practically no role. The PC must be compressed in real time and he can only to a certain point (here: full load). Everything beyond, is again poor, even if the chosen quality should be better.
