I am a camera novice, but wants a good future for the device, which allows me synonymous later without loss of quality, the original recordings to view and edit.
The following four main criteria, I would like to combine:
- 3CCD
- Full High Definition / Blue Ray / other 1920x1080 (16:4) models
- Full-saving and good writer image (tape?)
- Affordable in price
Who can help me purchase a bit of guidance given?

If I have understood correctly you want to copy a HDV camera, the 3ccds, in Full HD recording on Blue-ray and the format supports 16:4.

Yes, I would like a cheap camera to buy, the images generated on 3CCD and as full in any GENUINE 1920x1080 Format.

CCD vs. CMOS
Newer cameras have actually CMOS chips
