I have video in VirtualDubMod generated (a time-lapse video composed of many individual images, which I would VDM to a film made) and would like this now in full Resolutionexportieren. Since the high-definition video size and I do not as normal as usual. Avi store wants / can, I have tried other formats. . mkv with X.264 or. avi with Xvid. Unfortunately the result is always very strange. Tiny files with still images, flickering green spaces, etc. .. When I have the same with smaller resolution, so everything has worked well, but since I work with HD, do not seem to go more.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need a certain codec?
Thanks for the help ...

Nope, should both with and Xvid as synonymous with x.264 go. With Vdubmod you should only create Xvid Avi in the Matroskasupport is rather outdated. x.264 generally not heard in Avis, therefore, at least from the "official" line of development, the development of the vfw codecs synonymous before long time. So if you want to use x.264, you should either with the command line (CLI) or an equivalent such as MeGUI Fontend friends (the latter is then synonymous with predefined profiles as synonymous for HD). Xvid Vdubmod out of trouble should go, how did you set exactly the codec (HD-profile or unrestricted, bitrate, matrix, etc.) and with what resolution you working?

What do you think the video with it? Should it be the original? Then lossy codecs (DivX/XviD/H.264 etc.) wrong. I would
