Have a problem with my WD Player:
Latest Update moved to USB stick, but can not be transferred to the WD Player.
I'm going exactly according to description, but DO NOT appear under Settings or Settings icon "firmware update"
but only the icons video photos music system.
I Do something wrong, or there is equipment which s.dem lazy.
Purchased from Amazon, which already have with telefonniert, it can return at any time.

After downloading the update, copied the files to the external hard drive, WD s.den player hanged and s.ging 's.
Are you just happened to instructions? The two files must be copied into the root directory of the hard drive!
