Both formats are not Pal format. To these videos on your TV to be able to see this must be down.
From the quality HDV and AVCHD should be similar, not quantum leaps. Personally I would HDV with DVIn prefer, because you can watch the videos after the cut back to tape secure.

entirely my opinion.
As much as I know there are students still no real Montanwerke Programs for the next edit of AVCHD.
I would recommend you the model of Sony, because general
one hears of good Sony.
