Hello everybody
I intend to send me a simple storybook giving you our full attention and therefore a simple search program, which offers me the opportunity,
Page A4 format so that I like. on the left half of Page 2 fields for photos and on the right half of Page two text fields would like to place. Most people prefer using drag and drop hole I zb. image, a stop on the desktop / finder and place it without the hassle of customizing the size, etc.
to my pre-formatted size. In addition, I write a text about this yet. Done. Quite simply and quickly should this miracle program.
Well, now the question: Can someone out there as a tool s.besten freeware?

I already have 20-Mbyte Excel Monster evaporated to a floppy disk, for years already. Some Office programs do not look up when saving Byte ... even the "ZIP-compressed folder under XP makes amazing.

Pity that there is no such thing exists, if I would be programmers, this would ne gap in the market, maybe.

Per MS Word (or OpenOffice counterpart) and create the document using a free PDF-maker program (eg FreePDF) to create a PDF, which can be easily ver-e-mail it.
For something you need definitely not a "photo program!

I have with my 12mb DSLR shot photos, had OpenOffice
Page A4 as described above with 2 photos formatted, and then exported via PDF, but the documentation was just too big, 4.5 MB.
To e-mail useless ..........

Document too large? Presumably you have a much more in PDF Resolutiongewählt too high, namely the pressure (s.300 dpi). Set the times down, You'll be amazed how small even extensively illustrated PDF files can be :-)
Try times with ~ 100 dpi ... or equal to 72 for the screen display.
As a free alternative to the original way, I recommend FreePDF XP (despite the name should be synonymous to run Vista), which will work with Ghostscript installed and embed itself as a printer driver in the system.
Invaluable advantage: Multi-Doc-ability, ie from different programs can be printed and FreePDF may then issue a single document.

I leave the documentation in the OpenOffice format, then I have still a large file (2 photos 10 MB). Question: Can I have the preferences as the Resolutionvoreinstellen so that the files will not be so big?

In OpenOffice I know now not so good. But a tip of Word could help here as well:
Images are not directly over Cut'n'Copy paste (because they will no longer be compressed as a JPEG, but as an uncompressed bitmap in the document are!). Images are instead using a shortcut to the file on the disk is loaded. Synonymous Has the advantage: if the picture is changing times, get all the documents associated with.
Thus you can ever a part of the free space (it must of course after the image file mitgeschickt be, so they should always be in the same directory as the document is).
I guess times, for your purposes, you can then still synonymous in the document used to compress JPEGs even more.

PS: The original in OpenOffice format [word, excel ...] I would not send for two reasons: the recipient may perhaps not open and if he can change it ... yes that is now synonymous sometimes not desirable. I advise to a protected PDF ...
