The lady with teillte me that the warranty card is no longer there, and only the bill in case of guarantee is needed.
Is this statement correct?
Do you have your camcorder with a warranty card?

Why Sony is nothing against this whole Grauware is making me a mystery. During the repairs, there are hardly any problems for the customers, if they can dt. invoice.
