Hello,
I will soon be my thesis about the creation of regional news video for online offer from a newspaper publisher to write.
I am aware of the terms, as I have mentioned in the title synonymous after extensive rolling of literature and websites on the subject, not clear.
Is the provision of local news video in the broadest sense synonymous Web TV / Internet TV / IPTV? Or call them keywords only "real" TV on the Web?

It is like Web 2.0. There is no uniform definition. And if you told any Professor that there would be, then scheiss drauf. Bilde definitions which make sense. New media, so synonymous have to adapt the science. One has the only well substantiated.
My understanding:
Web TV lines = normal or full of television in the traditional sense on the Internet - TCP packet and with various protocols in programs. Ie I have in the browser program or via an address and can then dial into the regular broadcast program currently embarking. Almost live. For me, when incumbent broadcasters for a (complementary) distribution shape to normal broadcasting to decide. But increasingly synonymous with "stations", which is only from the Internet, but rather a temporary single program.
Internet TV = Refers to providers, the on-demand or live via streaming synonymous create content and make available. Providers that are only on the Internet, including culture exist and thus of Machart / self-image and from the normal television budget differ. More democracy, the new format. So no classical stations.
IPTV = Distribution of video material in the broadest sense (not limited to TV) on data lines, packet. This can be an on demand such as Slip Ehrensenf with small contributions to download to Youtube or telecom for normal television via a special set-top box, which is via DSL receives its program - and not via conventional techniques.
Regional Video News on the Web to provide Internet TV via IP. For regional stations, which regularly and in line s.traditionelle broadcasting techniques, I would synonymous of Web TV talk (see my definitions).
