I have included a seminar in HD quality (16:9) and it would represent a 5-minute teaser into the net.
Which format and compression which offer themselves to that?
for example, I find it very strange that I have on my Mac in Premiere garkeine option as to render the Project. avi to. While already on my PC.
What Resolutionbietet are wearing? The file should not even be too great.

mp4 should be ok for the network.

I'll take most of mpg2 think that's very good of quality in relation with the data size. Possibly synonymous with mpeg4 I do not think so good. If it is to jump on the HP, there is even the possibility to render the same as a Flash video.
Windows AVI and WMV are container / codecs. Just as you can in Windoze prop, no. Mov create data.

That your Mac has erstmal other codecs than Windows you should not be surprised actually. But you also ask for the Project 'into the network' might think synonymous ithem give.
