Hi,
I've got a quick question. From which physical models of the above background, the small balance systems are (; FC Nano / HD-1000) for cameras up to 700g or 1400g?
I mean, it's already clear that the leverage is greater for the larger models because of the length difference, but I can compensate with more weight.
The included weights exceed yes, at least for the Flycam Nano already own to the manufacturer.
These things are not made of plastic, but that should not fall apart at such 2x3kg load.
That it is possible to grab the Nano synonymous heavier cameras that have already proved many on Youtube.
However, it would be interested to know how come about this manufacturer.

a guess would be that they just want to play it safe. Even if the parts to withstand virtually everything, as calculated theoretically, but it can happen that one or another part of the burden does not stand up and breaks down ...

Do you mean the distance from the handle to the Camera?
He looks at least on photos at the Glidecam 1000 and 2000 from about the same length.
A shorter distance but should allow for less synonymous with the balance weights ... and not difficult.
Can you explain again what you mean exactly?

Have a Flycam 5500, it is me because of the heavy burden of the camera (about 8kg) and the middle of cheap processing operation flown apart. the screw that holds the gimbal is broken. was due to the quick reaction of the camera field still in flight. I would think so again.

one should bear in mind that some people synonymous (I) provides out with Flycam nervous and would like to again perform daredevil maneuvers. This connect with security forces significantly higher than in the simple "limbo".

I've ordered yesterday the Flycam Nano, it will (probably) run with the 550d. The is fortunately not so hard that I would be very concerned me well over the recommended weight to come.

I would like to know if you have attached after the gimbal with nervous new screw or do you use the Flycam present no more fear of the expensive equipment?
