As of 0:16 is a simple vignette to see.
Sowas is possible with some programs. I would for example make with After Effects.
What exactly do you use of Pinnacle? I appreciate Pinnacle Studio?
To my knowledge, this is something that's not possible.
What you s.0: 21 mean, I do not know.

Vignette synonymous with Pinnacle is expected to go. Just in a graphics program of your choice Picture make s.Rand black and towards the middle is transparent (does s.besten with its eliptischen mask, which then fade, depending on how strong the effect should be, the whole thing yet make a total of half-transparent) and in nem format that alpha transparency, eg PNG. Then the graphic in Pinnacle on the title track on the video set and ready.

Time Lapse At

0:35, the scene in the boat is very likely completely made in the studio (too much interference in the foreground, with uniform illumination, no excess radiation by the headlight).
At
0:38 it is pretty safe with After Effects or similar nachgeholfen been so quiet is probably no explosion from (times apart from the scene makes the entire spot "broken).
Immediately thereafter at 0:40: unlikely that this is someone a few hundred meters away from the tornado is, but well done!
At 0:45 the lights seem to disappear in the octopus (or what else is).
At 0:50, the fireworks s.Strand is pretty sure nachgearbeitet.

Cephalopod okay, but U-boat? I'm just not credible. The pig launcher s.so some are so bright, which would have a lot more about radiation. In contrast, the cabin lights .. there would be nothing of the type to see if all s.Fenster a few reflections. That seems to me the contrast of her impossible ..
