A music video shoot in a small style is in prospect, and now I write a list of things that I need to rent. I'm just not exactly sure whether I am looking for the right device:
A kind of small camera crane, but only about one meter Ausziehlänge. At the head of a normal tripod head (75mm) should be attached. In order to simply short crane shot s.den (playing music) artists will be made by. Is this a Jib-arm?

At the head of a normal tripod head (75mm) should be attached. Sowas there are, for example, the "Microjib" of Cinecinetic. However, everything for 100mm shells, yours is definitely too small.
