Has a 32 bit cardbus slot NB, or even the 16bit PCMCIA ..
As far as I know, there is no TV-card with the 266MHz (runs until S.333 ...). Also, I know only cards with drivers for 98SE. PCMCIA cardbus or PC cards' should not be synonymous for so long. Possibly you could get stuck in with an older, used card via USB s.das problem, but I do not know, unfortunately. Even the old Hauppauge WinTV USB requires a minimum Pentium 333MHz, but would almost definitely worth a try ;-)

EDIT: Could it be that not bring the necessary features PII processor for that? - They're not designed for multimedia ...
