I currently use Adobe Premiere. Is a really class program but what would you recommend?

Final Cut Pro on mac I agree with the words of my previous speaker ... um ... recorder, it's synonymous if I know Final Cut Pro only relevant specialist reading ... ;-)
PS: The question is very general and there are many video editing programs with special emphasis and features (no, I mean with features not bugs). ;-)

Well, I would recommend Edius and Vegas - even times in principle. Perhaps, however, synonymous gehts my Word ... Requirements were not specified yes!

What is with Avid Liquid 7?
This is supposed to be better than Premiere. Has performed better in PC Magazine in issue 2 / 2006 with a truncated Premiere Pro 1.5. The ZDF used exclusively Avid Liquid. Pinnacle Avid is indeed with "fused", as they say. No competition for Avid against Pinnacle and therefore more Avid Liquid Pinnacle wants to develop and improve range.
There's actually for Avid Liquid synonymous, how can the premiere of After Effects, a program with which you create and add special effects?
Well, I think Pinnacle (for beginners) and Avid Liquid suitable for professionals. What do you say?
