should be used in the HV30 for some basic original appliances, or synonymous funktoniert a "commonality" battery without risks to destroy the camera too?
Battery which you can recommend?

I have even recently gained a used HV20 and I looked under "trunk" Recommendation for Giseke.
There, I have a 2.4 A, together with an external charger (which you can use synonymous for the original Battery) for the HV20 and a 7.5 A second battery for my Canon A1 at a fraction of the price-bought originals. So far everything works beautifully - strong buy! The maximum life span appears as expected not yet been reached, this would be the case, I would not recommend the parts of course.
