Frage von Jawany:Hello dear people,
What software do I just set my movies from my DV camcorder Panasonic NV-GS320 in
MPEG2 format spokes? The included software
Motion DV Studio 5.6 does not support
MPEG2 format, and the
Video DVD Maker not synonymous. Unfortunately I have little experience.
Thanks in advance
Antwort von tommyb:
The Cinema Craft Encoder should be able to. Sorenson Squeeze is that in too.

Hello Tommy B, many thanks for the tip, unfortunately the software is expensive for me,
Seeking a freeware V., with whom I
direct my movies from my DV camcorder Panasonic NV-GS320 convert to
MPEG2 format. Since I am unlikely to be successful right? . I have my films with (Motion DV Studio 5.6E stored) to
AVI and Convert With Free Video Converter to
MPEG2. The result is not satisfactory. Motion DV Studio 5.6E am only MPEG1 and AVI format.
Perhaps se is a freeware V., I just mean movies from the camcorder into
MEPG 4 or another format then convert and save in
MPEG 2 so I had
no quality loss. Or is there another alternative. Which path would be better that I have accumulated 2x Conversions little quality loss.
I'm grateful for every suggestion

Why do you want to save any MPEG-2? For reworking of the films it would be better to keep the original quality camcorders: DV-AVI. And to do this, adding the films of the camera with a FireWire cable to the PC. For example, you can absorb WinDV or synonymous with the Windows Movie Maker can record DV.
Ifs really supposed to be equal to direct MPEG-2, for some reason always synonymous (because normally you do not collects the raw material has affected quality loss, but) only after the cut, then you can take time Magix Video Deluxe 16 view (trial version for free at www. magix.net). This is a super program for beginners, affordable and synonymous because you can choose to jump to be recorded as MPEG-2nd Before setting but still bit rate, so that no pixel clusters s.end comes out ...
Antwort von pilskopf:
I think the trial version of Magix Mpeg2 is not calculated but only the full version. But could Schoer, the video pro x trial to a codec but may be because I had time to test already installed Magix.
The prog but I do recommend synonymous, gerabeitet long enough to know that, so a lot can be done, others not in the price range offer more.
Antwort von Jawany:
Thank you all,
I installed the trial version of Magix with me but unfortunately can not MPEG2 and WinDV I believe only the FAT32 file system can not NTFS?
I have my movies in the original quality camcorder with (Motion DV Studio 5.6E) to AVI on the FP and I will continue synonymous.
The problem is that the AVI are quite large. Eg. a 45 minute avi recording is about 12 GB and I want to burn to a DVD with less quality loss ZB. With conversion to MPEG2 DVD quality. In addition, many DVD players can unfortunately only MPEG2.
I had an AVI file to MPEG2 format with Free Video Converter converts with the quality of the conversion, I was not satisfied.
se are other possibilities??
thanks
Antwort von srone:
what I would be interested in your free converter gibts adjust the bitrate, the possibility, if so 7mbit 1-pass encoding, it should be synonymous, the better quality.

I installed the trial version of Magix with me but unfortunately can not MPEG2 Since Pilskopf is absolutely right. One thing that I have unfortunately not respected. You have to Magix for the MPEG-2 encoder can unlock only via email. But if free, I think.
I have my movies in the original quality camcorder with (Motion DV Studio 5.6E) to AVI on the FP and I will continue synonymous. With a USB cable or with FireWire cable? Because when USB is in most cases not have the same quality.
Be read here (Item 1b):
FireWire FAQ">Camcorder / VHS recorder s.PC connect, capture and edit images
The problem is that the AVI are quite large. Eg. a 45 minute avi recording is about 12 GB and I want to burn to a DVD with less quality loss ZB. With conversion to MPEG2 DVD quality. In addition, many DVD players can unfortunately only MPEG2. That's true. But to bring your footage to DVD, you need not hand himself in MPEG-2 transform. This is usually nothing, for the entire free encoder, which can be downloaded, usually have poor quality.
Let's do the work rather have a program. If you had to decide for Magix, you just have to make your original reinladen as Avis, the film can not possibly edit (text, music, cutting, etc) and can jump to the conclusion of Magix burn to DVD. (Goes), of course, synonymous as unbearbeiter film. The Magix of using MPEG-2 encoder (MainConcept) is far better than all the freeware stuff, which is found so. So let's simply turn with the manual.
Do you want the files to MPEG-2 still have to keep perhaps to a space-saving on the PC, then you can also do this with Magix. (Magix dominated even synonymous MP4, yet space-saving in super quality)

constant bitrate or variable bitrate? if available, 1-pass constant bitrate.
5.7 Mbps are actually synonymous ok.

Antwort von JMS Productions:
5.7 Mbps are actually synonymous ok. Would go nich kbit under 7 (7000 / s) to vivid image quality to have kbit audio bitrate of 256 with a / s fits the wonderful (according to the DVD specification for total bit rate) and most DVD players will cope with.
As I said I suggest, however, far more of the free encoder to take, since there the quality usually is not convincing, may now be no preference how high the bitrate. There are even those not in vain "for free";)
Antwort von srone:
@ Jms_productions
if he can adjust it with its encoder, he writes up of poor quality, with a good encoder, which is not different between 5.7 Mbps and 7mbits so great when he's not only kleinstteiliges has filmed, it is crucial cbr vs. vbr . And yet not all are freeware encoder scrap, often synonymous only just misconfigured, which I tried to get on the track, because sometimes klappts be synonymous with no additional investment is worth a try this all worth it ;-).
