Hello,
I work) as an amateur with AVCHD files of Canon (mts-extension.
The hardware I have a new PC with W7 and Intel I7-860 processor with 6 GB of RAM and a good NVIDIA graphics card.
After I have tried with little success and much frustration to familiarize myself with Premiere Elements 8.0, I have my "old" VDL installed 15 again and play around with it.
Worthwhile for my requirement of upgrading to 16 or even ProX?
Are you working synonymous with AVCHD files, and have experience with those programs? Are the usual childhood illnesses of the VDL 16 already healed?

there is a demo version of all programs ...
My tip due to the graphics card Powerdirector8Ultra ...
VDL16 is still riddled with errors, but has a super audio part ..
The other tip EDIUS NEO2Booster .......

Dankje for the quick reply. The idea with the sample programs I had been synonymous. But genuine reviews are yet another thing.
At Edius Booster synonymous I thought of that. Get it here with time to try the trial version.
Is just nice when one has familiarized himself with good views into a program and understand the principle.

I work for a while now with the new Prox 2 and am only partially satisfied. My dual-core 6300 and an ATI 3850 do not create AVCHD smoothly in the preview pane. This is pretty annoying.
If there is no HD is used, each X fix and very well thought out.
A real alternative to the "benefit cut tools." But no longer synonymous
very cheap. However, the VDL is 16 pocket money.
