Hi,
A friend of me regularly organizes dance workshops and would like now to mitfilmen these participants can give to a DVD to.
Cut and bake DVD I've done this record, increasingly, with myself I've still never busy.
The camera would on a tripod and a fixed position of the speakers mounted there in about 5-8m distance to film. maybe shoot a couple times afterwards, the whole is done in an area of 12x25m is so times. Normal Lighting is available.
Following request:)
- Easy handling
- Storage media should have the capacity for s.Stueck at least 1.5 to 2 hours.
- The recording as simple and quick (15min) bring to the PC
- A recording format that can be accommodated with little effort to mpeg2 for DVD.
- Must be no HD. It should be pressed after 3-4 hours on a DVD.
- The micro should be what are good.
- Asking Price ... no idea .. sometimes think the so ¬ 800 is the limit.

because some requirements are that do not fit together. Just think s.die DVD quality you wnn material on it for 2-3 hours will burn. As you, you have often burned as written, it should be clear. Normal Lighting also requires a high-intensity approaches, camcorder to get reasonable images. Bring the material in the desired time on the hard drive to do, I do not know ...

The transfer speed of the PC hard drive I can not tell you anything, but with a brisk sd card would go at least as fast. In such cases, synonymous then the SD66.
To Micro: The internal is ok ... If you really attach importance to the music (of which one can hopefully go out dancing), then I would suggest you have an external microphone (such as the Rode Videomic). I know but just do not know whether the SD66 even an accessory shoe and has a microphone input. (Both had the SD707, but is s.der limit of the Budge ...)

Edit: I just saw that the SD66 or accessory shoe, yet micro-added in ... Therefore you would need in case of a decision for this cam still a portable recorder and micro + stand ...

have already several times 4 hours squeezed onto a DVD. the quality is sufficient. the shrinking of the material I have of course made it all later. therefore would be good if the cam is already mpeg2 720x576 record pal. then I am not to be recoding. DVDShrink then makes s.der finished DVD.
I'm in the break (15min) the recordings to transfer responsibility to the pc ... but at Ner with cam plate is not necessary.
the with the audio is of course an argument. However, do not slide off the drum music in Super quality to get it. the voice of the speakers should be clearly understandable. ghet drum so that learning is not about show and entertainment.
and true. the cam has to make do with normal lighting. so bright.
the with the copyright should not be a problem .. since s.der Dancing Association has an agreement with GEMA. and b) it is for the participants, as a private copy of the workshop, so to speak:) since it is a quote.
