Good evening!
I am looking for my recently purchased Panasonic DVX100 possible light tripod with compact dimensions in the transportation condition, which is therefore suitable for travel use, but still has a relatively high quality.
I would have thought in this regard s.das Manfrotto 190CLB with the 700RC2 fluid head.
Perhaps someone has experience with this tripod or are there any alternatives out about my needs?

Hello Klaus,
I have always been my traveling Velbon D-600 here. It is relatively compact and light so that I can easily (may naja! Transport). The D-600 has a fluidgelagerten head, so no Teflon disc or something.

I was on the internet a little you looked after the use of tripod and had to find that this is no longer produced.
One would be similar to the DV 7000, which is me with an overall length of 70cm, however, appears somewhat large, and less portable.

I would use the tripod mainly for travel documentaries (eg on urban ,...) but synonymous for various events such as concerts and the like.
And I actually had often worked with zooms and pans, which would have the tripod synonymous with a fluid head to be equipped.
The tripod should be portable, so a short transport length and the lowest possible weight have to be equipped but synonymous with a relatively high fluid head.
I know that all of these criteria are not mutually incompatible, but there must be a tripod, which represents the best compromise between my criteria established.

that's right, the D-600 is no longer manufactured. Fluidgelagerte heads are in compact consumer stands, however, scarce. To my knowledge there are only at the Velbon. Manufacturers of these, incidentally, a whole series video tripods of all possible sizes:

Hello, there are very good travel tripod of a healer, extremely good and easily true fluid head and Carbon Feet, the order in any length, but just very expensive.
Since a tripod but even survive several generations of cameras, you should think about it.
I bought a head at those perfect, but with discount 400 ¬ (ei give direct orders 25%).
