320 and 330 would be the most universal recommendation, with the man hardly anything can go wrong. The 180 is synonymous quite well (I even), but you get little more. The 230 is theoretically identical to roughly 180, but it was occasionally on various image problems reported. The 90 is priced and outperform them in a class lower.
All have in common is that they
- On mini-DV record, ie, something "Fummel" in the handling, but the best conditions for a smooth finishing and good quality results.
- That they record in standard resolution, ie no HD.
