Hello,
had shortly before, of Windows to Mac switch. Previously, I worked with Magix Video Deluxe 2007/2008. But I am not very satisfied. When I look at the forthcoming iMac growth, is the latest Final Cut Express or is necessary for cost reasons synonymous an older version? Or there is another program for editing? Does it make sense to only work with iMovie and other programs much later use or immediately? I am a layman and do it as a hobby but have high demands s.das result.

Probably I will if I have a Mac, iMovie and iPhoto first accurate test me and then the test versions of Final Cut Express and other possible download. Since the new FC comes out the end of March, I can then synonymous consider whether the current or an earlier take.

The scope of the function you of FCE kills me not surprised. It is just a "real" editing program. And still the little brother of the Pro version is mainly just in the possible movie formats differ.

iMovie is s.Anfang faster but the FCE offers advanced a lot more possibilities.

Hello, I had exactly same problem. On the PC, I was already very fast and knew each function of Magix Video Deluxe and then switch to Mac and FCE - I was right frustiert.
