Hi,
I have already cut a little "film" with FinalCut. The problem now is that I am used to but is too slow. Say, I always get red "render bar appears above the clip when I edit. I have a JVC Everio GZ-HD3, which. TOD files spits. In what format should I convert the s.besten to get into Final Cut Pro Render bar "off? And what do I need in Final Cut Pro for the audio / video settings set? So, my camera is not a camera that can be used as a capture device, so I'm losing something here.

With MPEG Streamclip to convert to DV, for example, or Pro Res.
