Most data I use the following settings:
Video: H264
25fps
Main profile
Objective Bitre. 5
Max.Bitr. 8
Audio: AAC
Frequency to 44.1 (or it will sync to shift coming on Vimeo)
Qualli to High
Bit rate to 128
Test times ..

Just look at Vimeo to upload information to the desired format, then print the same way. Everything else is anyway
