Infoseite // Which graphics card for DV editing?

Frage von Wuffi:

Hello,

currently I am working with Magix Video Deluxe 16 Premium and want to get a piece of new PC, but I still have doubts s.Graphikkate I do not know what graphics card is better suited for DV editing, I'm not a gamer synonymous.
Schauen wir mal hier bei MAGIX-Produkt-Info, dort wird auf der Page 16 eine Graphikkarte of ATI empfohlen für AVCHD -Bearbeitung. Widersprüchlich bietet Winner einen of Magix-zertifizierten PC with eine schwache Graphikkarte of GeForce an, click here!

Now I am a little confused and not know what graphics card is better for me :-( Can you help me please?

I still have doubts s.graphics cards whether GX2xx GeForce series or ATI HD5xxx series. In HD5xxx series, I noticed that there only 128 bit - 256 bit512-bit

Antwort von RickyMartini:

A 256bittige synonymous graphics card offers enough performance if the card runtertaktet to a minimum, which is with newer models of the case. With a GTS250 sure you were well served.

The 9600GT is not enough, synonymous.

Antwort von Wuffi:

Thanks, and GT250 has only DirectX 10. For ATI I would have the advantage that I will have DirectX 11, possibly in the next DV editing version of the program supports DirectX 11 and then synonymous with it will render ruckzuck. With DirectX 11, or it has no meaning?

Antwort von RickyMartini:

To what extent DX10/11 in video editing software is used, I have not known. It is more likely to use OpenGL, which is independent of the operating system. Video editing software would support future increasingly synonymous nVidia's CUDA.

No matter what one takes as a graphics card - is there any advantage of Magix have (whether) or onboard 400-watt heater.

Take yourself quietly in a cheap 30 euro area (with DX10) and Magix should have compassion and an acceleration through the graphics card to install (perhaps as s.Version 24? Yes lasts not for long) for the version of the rhythm, you can still upgrade (then in Indeed, most CUDA).

Otherwise you can use the saved money to invest in happy memory, for which one can never have enough.

Ok, but before you even spoke of "onboard" and has no influence. Apart from that: 256-bit, it should be, otherwise it will not run without stuttering.
