Hello,
zb SR 7 & 8 have remote times, with the Lanc is compatible (I've tested).
With the new SR models (SR 10.11 and 12, I am not quite sure), via the AV jack so sure & Lanc remote - I do not know it but not exactly, because the cameras were not yet delivered , and the Sony documents are ambiguous.
But AV is eh all models of Sony last 2-3 years remotely, eg with remote control AV RM 2 and the tripod VCT 60 AV
VCT and 80 Av.

Buy a new housing for the cam, wait for the Lance-AV adapter, or are looking for the actual hermaphrodites.

Thanks for the info with "SR7 and 8 have synonymous remote jack (which is a renamed / Lanc is colored, as far as I have read), because if I want cheap, I can only order. And since I have something for next of Media Markt and Saturn'm gone, I can not watch the forecast!

This is considered to be safe, I have the SR 7 with Lanc-D Tripod SonyVCT RM 680
in the company, and have tested it myself with the remote now black jack. I had the tripod with the same functions as with the 680er and the HDR FX 7 with Lanc port.
Sonykonnte me synonymous not properly explain why the time is rolled: first green Lanc (eg FX 7), then black remote (eg SR 7) and now green Lanc (HC 9).
