Frage von götz:hai people
have Sonyein of UW housing MPK-DVF4 with which I am unfortunately under water no manual white balance can be.
Has anyone an idea how I can trick the body, which will probably say without a manual advance housing White Balance do about the underwater conditions, such as times of say about 15-20m is?

Antwort von Bobdilan:
I am not a diver, but with increasing depth is blue reinforced, since the rest is absorbed. So I would predict to adjust daylight.
Antwort von Jan:
The supply of the red filter DVF4 supplied should have been in a little help. A quick White Balance Shift (Red - Blue) Sonyja not have as many consumer camcorders like the UX 1, SR 1 or 3, the HC will be synonymous Nothing.
Preset white balance test s.Besten times, I know your camera does not. Many digicams already have a UW program zb Fuji & Canon and more. - With video cameras because usually looks bad.
UW Housing for ne TRV 900 tip, I now?

If true, I am using a SonyTRV 900th
Had an opportunity to the automat. White balance and to take from + to a white board before the lens to keep or will immediately after removing again auto "corrected"?
Thank you ever so far and all future "Answers"

Antwort von Jan:
That would be ne question for our mastermind Markus - who has the synonymous TRV 900th The automatic is hardly what is expected, because the camera in the next situation, the white balance adjusted again or possibly forfeit problems. Before diving manual white balance that is probably the only safe solution.
Mark what do you say this?

Antwort von Markus:
Hi,
TRV900 when I always have only three white balance settings are used: fixed value of daylight, artificial light and fixed value of manual white balance. The latter is not under water - at least not without considerable effort. So I would either take fixed values.
Since one in 20 m depth is not really much more (colors) are expected, is likely synonymous with additional light to be included. Mostly these are halogen spotlights, so artificial. Whether in the blue-acting environment but in fact the artificial setting brings better results, must first be tested.
My own dive recordings are limited to Abnoetauchen - as far as I am with a lung full of air just come. Since at least the light was never a serious problem. ;-)
