Frage von Tuffy:Hi,
is not a real problem, but I simply ask myself.
I work with grad 50p material. If I in After Effects on the Composition 25p change (nothing else), the footage will be shorter (a few frames, maybe half a second).
I wonder why? Should they not remain the same length? There are indeed only a few frames per second playing - I would have thought now, he "throws" Picture every second away (until I have the time or so alters with time remapping).
Greetings!
Antwort von WoWu:
Which encoding format and what the original format?
Antwort von Tuffy:
50p material is of such a HDSLR - if I now have everything in my head is in front of the ProRes LT.
I prefer the clip on the "New Composition" button, and then only alters the frame rate and * bing * - a bit shorter.
It does not bother or anything, I just wonder about the origin:)
Greetings!
Antwort von WoWu:
Which codec comes from the HDSLR and happens already at the transcoding (170 Mbit / s) ProRes or within the procedure, so LT is still ok in 50p and then only at shorter conversion to 25p?
Antwort von Tuffy:
Hi,
So, the way is as follows:
HDSLR-> convert h.264-> Mac moves to ProRes 50p-LT> the whole thing on my PC.
Say it is really only shorter and only then if I change AE in the frame rate of Komosition - not before. Just within the composition.
Greetings!
