Hi, I'm sorry if my first posts in this forum are only questions. I hope these are not too stupid. I work first with FCE 4 under Mac OS Leopard on an iMac with 3.06 Ghz and 4 GB of memory and a 8800GS, so tired of my performance. Despite everything, FCE will suddenly after a short time after inserting transitions of these passages will be rendered. I thought that is precisely the advantage of FCE 4, that is not always to be rendered, especially as it transitions at the same times and times is not. What am I doing wrong?

I suppose that the real-time settings are wrong or that sequence-and Clipeinstellungen differ.
