Frage von Borris_tB:I have a MEDION-PC (or ALDI ^ ^) with its RADEON 9600TX graphics card and want a video to send s.meinen Television.
Since this only a Scateingang (/-output) and I have already had a video cable, I bought an adapter in the 3xCinch subdivided (yellow, red, white). Now I have the composite output of my graphics card with the adapter and connected to the Anzteigeeinstellungen in Windows enabled the TV ... (is not) only so'n par streak and Geflacker on the picture ...
White because maybe someone more than I do?
I have the presumption that the output is not quite true funzt ...(?)

a possible cause:
The Scart connector s.Television must FBAS or be converted.

Another possible cause:
The video output of the computer is on NTSC instead of PAL.

ATI offers Radeontreiber surely somewhere a hook, which would then be set. Display Settings you look, Luke :-)

So, No. 1: Go assume that the hardware works. There are very few cases in which the monitor is correct, but that the TV-Out is really defetkt. ... by that I mean a probability of 0.000001% ... What s.der Number Sales graphics cards in the world is something .. So more likely than a six-Lotto.
No.2: At best, you invite someone you that you can show.
Wirlich There is too much to explain how to change the what and where, for such a problem. Sorry!

I had two cards, where exactly was the case (ok VGA, TV dead): the one with the chip was blown (I do not touch), while the other was no measurable signal s.Male more.
Had I but rather the money invested in lottery ticket ;-)
