I bought the video Grabby Terratec to revise videos on DVD. Connected as described. On the PC USB connection on VCR with Chincha conclusions (Yellow and White Red) in connection with Scardanschluss. When I press the recording button s.Grabby nothing happens. The recording lamp s.Grabby only briefly during Anschliesen s.PC. If I push in the software program on recording always get the message that no recording device was available. Who can help me Thank says jandti
