Antwort von Bernd E.:
Neither tapes nor hard disks or memory cards are sensitive to X-rays, so that there is concern of this Page nothing. The first two media may, however, there are no magnetic fields as they sometimes more synonymous in everyday life at airports. So keep tapes and hard disks far better of it (that is, during transport in checked luggage, for example, repackage them as possible in the middle of the suitcase, not s.den very edge).
Something you should do but not why: We have had some tours with a dozen flights within a few days behind us and never any problems. Occasionally one reads of damage s.den Although Camera CCDs that will be caused by X-ray radiation and the physical may be synonymous possible, but here is synonymous: No panic.
