can someone help me? I would like two videos in a format that my player can read. It is both times an AVI file that is compressed with an XviD (; and 23 frames / sec), the other with DIVX (, 29 frames / sec). I tried to load it into Pinnacle Studio 9, It has not worked (; mpeg4 studio can not read). Element has indeed loaded and output as video, but it was nothing to see. Nero has it accepted as an ISO file / burned, but the videos have not read of my player. Unprocessed I can not view the files in the player, but the Windows Media Player can play the XVID (; jerky), the DIVX synonymous (; less choppy).
How do I edit the videos so that I can see in my DVD player?
For an answer I would be grateful.
MfG

Hi Marie,
when it reaches your XVID-/DivX-komprimierten AVI files do not depend on absolute Image-/Tonsynchronität, then you can make the conversion to editable DV AVIwith Adobe After Effects. Import the AVI files and set the guidelines for the footage to the new frame rate. The scenes then run slightly faster (; 23p> 25p) or a little slower (; 29p> 25p). This is the rendering time is relatively short and the image quality is maintained well. In the second step you will walk in these new AVIs to MPEG2 and burn it to standard with 25 fps on DVD.

AE is not exactly what one would describe as intuitive to learn (;... is with me always the reading specialist at hand ;-)
Whether one MPEG2 can export directly from AE I do not know because I have not tried yet. If in doubt, but it goes through the intermediate step AE> AVI> video editing program or Tmpgenc> MPEG2.
've reht thanks for the quick and detailed response! I just down loaded the trial version of Adobe and hope then that to get by. If necessary, do I have to again. Can I convert AVI synonymous with the new Adobe After Effects in MPEG2, or do I need for another program?
Greetings!

Why do you bring not just for your player to read xvid? Invite you to the K-Lite : Codec Pack. Dobbelklick and he installed all the necessary codecs on : PC. Programs are codecs that allow the player different : To view the video format.
Thanks for the tip, but I want to watch it on my DVD player.
