Hi guys & gals! I hope it is the right subforum. So issue the following: Have I bought a Canon Xm2 and is quite capture was normal. However, my computer recognizes the camera (not connected via firewire). Singal not even a sound. With Device Manager (IEE 1394-trick) is unfortunately not synonymous, as the IEE is not in my area of 1394 displayed. Use Windows 7! If jmd tips or other has, please notify us.

if the firewire connection is not shown in device manager, it is synonymous win7 absent, all drivers installed?, sits the possible firewire plug-in card slot in the clean?
