Hello dear people, I'm looking for a long time after its solution ... undzwar I have Quicktime Pro 7. Now you can do so directly using the Quicktime player to export videos and convert to AVI. Unfortunately there are only a few codecs ... I have installed Xvid zb, which is synonymous with Virtual Dub available. How can I now use Quicktime? That would save me time. Thank you very much.

Nativ is quicktime not in Virtualdub to open. If the detour via Avisynth as follows:
1) Avisysnth install 2.5.7 or 2.5.8 (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=57023)
2) text editor! open and the following line:
DirectShow source ( "path to my Videodateimeinedatei.mov")
Here the path to adjust according to your circumstances eg C: Temperste.mov (and put in quotes!).
Then save the file, but not with the extension. Txt but. Avs (but of course you can rename later synonymous), where you save the file, is up to you ...
3) Virtualdub and open the avs file as a video download, edit, encode, etc. as you want ...

Mir is not a known way through which this could go. Even if I am to this day wonder why Apple does not create it, the codecs installed in the system to integrate: Mach's with VirtualDub - and is good.
