In the new Yamada 4000 DVD player a very good image quality over YUV output is written. What should I do if I want to bring the note into my television (Philips 32PW9761/01) into it. I Connections S-VHS, RCA and scart. The issue has me as a layman, but I am still willing to learn.

Your Television with 99.9%, he has definitely not a component input. If you absolutely want to you can wound YUV to RGB, but the converter is twice as expensive as your player. So forget it and just use the RGB output via SCART. The chance that such a device in YUV much better than RGB looks is extremely low.
