Frage von Raki:Hello!
Have dbox2 neutrino and with philips tv 32pw9551.
dbox Scart can s-video, component, or rgb output.
ask me how I should wire s.besten now?
currently have the dbox with tv via "hama vollbeschaltet Scart to Scart" s-video connected. If a componet cable with SCART => yuv image quality improvements bring?
Or RGB => RGB?
Please help!
Antwort von Markus:
Can you find the signal in the DBox2 and s.Television settings? - In this case, try it a try and come to the conclusion that there is no visible difference in short cable paths exist. ;-)
Would be different with a composite connection. As you can see quite significant differences to other types of signals.

... can dbox Scart S-Video, component, or rgb output.
Are you sure with the Component (Y / Pb / Pr)?
as far as I know, the standard SCART cables for Component signals not before ...
for RGB and S-Video though.
Antwort von Quadruplex:
as far as I know, the standard SCART cables for Component signals not before ... True - but some manufacturer do not turn.
Component and RGB are equivalent in quality - take what your TV supports. S-Video is theoretically slightly worse - as Mark already wrote, you do in normal TV mode, but rarely a difference to RGB / Component view.
Antwort von PowerMac:
RGB + CVBS provides s.besten from.

RGB + CVBS provides s.besten from. How do?
Antwort von PowerMac:
I said yes, RGB + CVBS s.besten see and not see from s.besten from. "RGB + CVBS" is an option in the video menu of the dbox2 which s.besten looks. I think that the luminosity via Composite to the color of RGB is added. Does any case much better than the other modes.
Antwort von Quadruplex:
Ah, so ... Know the d-box does not. Does scart standard that is always parallel to the RGB composite is transmitted. If only unusual (and superfluous) that it is in the menu explicitly mentioned.
Then everything is clear ...
Antwort von Markus:
If only unusual (and superfluous) that it is in the menu explicitly mentioned. Perhaps this is a help for those who need composite, because it takes nothing more television? Separate Video (Y / C) would be wrong in this case, since the composite channel then the Y-channel and only one b / w Picture transfers.
A description that is foolproof, with composite list. ;-)
