It is not the upload problem, but the length of 10 minutes. I was synonymous with wonder, why can not some 40 minutes to upload videos. Rocky times I even found 1 in 2 parts with each 40 minutes or so.
With Vimeo gibts da no limit to what I find commendable, but hold only 500mb, but is enough for 20 minutes.

HD videos could have been directly link, and indeed with the & fmt = 22 off the back

Youtube is testing the straight and at randomly selected people will be lifted this limit. Even large firms can be clearly repeal the limit, namely've already seen Nokia videos synonymous lasted half an hour.
Moreover, I find this 2 GB total dummfug for 10 minutes of video. First, it is again anyway recompress to 720P and one streamable 2Mbit Bitrate - and 2 even if it were not so, who'd be doing to the charging time for a 10 minutes video? In most of the would take several hours to download.

The videos could indeed be issued in future in a better resolution and frame rate. Therefore, it is not wrong at present, more space to make available.
