so I can answer you your question, I would know if you have Studio 9 or Pinnacle Studio 9 Pros. With my studio pros of this effect that is possible, I do not know whether this effect synonymous Studio 9 support.
So you can zoom into your clip, highlight it, go to "Video Effects" and then under "Pan & Zoom". There you can start the ind determine the final position your visual magnifying glass. I would use this effect only with a good camera resolutions, because the image quality at a lower zoom increasingly deteriorated. Nevertheless, it is a fun gimmick to come in so many small, undetected things to light.
