So, I have me a few months ago, a new motherboard + processor increased, because the old one was zeugs broken. Now I wanted adobe premiere pro install again on the pc, but it no longer works.
If I want to open the program to be in these little windows, which displays the loading operations, however, the program itself is no longer the PC's performance geöffnet.An kanns not actually lie. And Adobe Photoshop will open within seconds of zb. The installation CD can not be broken synonymous, since I already have several cds tried. So I am completely helpless!
please help me, without the program, I'm screwed

Premiere uninstall and reinstall time. Before your DV codec uninstall and re draufmachen and drüberhauen the latest version of DirectX and your mainboard and graphics cards, sound cards and drivers.
If it still does nothing brings, I would try it with a Windows installation.

Since Premiere has be nuts. Just try to Adobe Premiere directly from the folder run: Programs -> Adobe Premiere ... And then the Premiere.exe (or something similar, I have not installed Premiere currently). This has previously resolved the problem with me and others. If it synonymous helps you: Create New link.

So, the adobe is the charging stand: "Loading Compiler Vfw.prm"
The Adobe launch directly from the adobe folder to I already tried to do nothing nevertheless.
@ chris2: what is a dv codec?
I thought maybe that I have now installed anything that would somehow prevent the adobe to open. Would sowas ne possibility?

Have you ever tried DIRECTX of your Calculator (Programs runterzuschmeißen sure there are network "directx buster") and install the latest DirectX version.
Possibly. You have you in a crash of the Directx partially shattered, so many things (eg games) to go but not Premiere.
Once had a similar problem. Error appeared in both video program as synonymous with the 3DMark test. Cause time was a calculator which has become too hot (fan failure), who crashed during a game.
