Hello.
It is not enough if you are simply an MPEG2 file (quite irrespective of how it was created), to burn a DVD. To read this video synonymous s.jedem DVD player to be able, you need DVD-authoring operate. Ie on the finished DVD has a VIDEO_TS folder that contains the converted data (ie, not just the MPEG2 file into a suitably named folder burn!).
For authoring, there are a whole range of programs such as Adobe ENCORE DVD to only one to nennne. Can be synonymous, but that even NERO or other burning programs such a function (like "Video-DVD) support, which I know but just do not ...
