hello friends,
have a question for dv capture of material on my pc. still have a slightly older one cut per pinnacle capture card, and usually my dv material as pinnacle avi, which I then cut next from the PC. basic setting for this is 25fps. but I've seen that one of the synonymous to 29.79 fps or 30 or even more can make. t make any sense? or dv material is made out of house for 25 fps?
Second question: if ic h makes to choose my rohmaterial beispeiel capture at 30 fps, but then in my second program serious magic ultra, which I also need for my production, anyway, the only possibility was between 25 and 50 fps at the output, the Then sense at all? or s iste always better to take as many fps as possible, or 30 instead of 25 times to achieve a better final quality insegesmat too?

If you PAL-processed material, you must take 25 fps, NTSC material in the 30s version. This corresponds to the standard.
If you you do not want to artificially create problems, then you ought to keep s.den standard.

there's a setting in which I'm not sure:
720 * 576 pixel is the start of set but then there YET TO MAKE A tick in the box 4:3.

Hello,
I have the Pinnacle card is not unfortunately, can not say what causes this box. But certainly is explained in the manual of the card.
Presumption: 4:3 means that with square pixels is captured - mglw. Of Analogmaterial. But look into the manual.
