Which format should dateu to have the audio so I can add them?

why you can not, I can not understand, because for me and my MSP6.0 which in its left.
However, I have not done so long as the results of the transformation by MSP in the DV format is not so much convincing.
Since I do this once external with my good old CoolEdit, and then just add the new DV compliant wav into the Project.
The differences (44.1 kHz - 48 kHz) are known to you?
