I know I do believe all the gabs gabs already but not yet:
So would like to make an avi file on the VCD ne then a blank CD, fits on it (700MB). Soeiner program I have found so far have not unfortunately.

Every time I try something with Tempeg convert many things I can not adjust themselves because the fields are gray! (; So I can choose anything!) 'Cause I could in the avi conversion (, but is not in any format) would reduce the bitrate the file is small and I could bring up to a CD! But how gesgat does not work.

Have to define it for themselves, as you say is that message on to your intention. No preset select unchangeable.
If you of the matter but have zero idea, I propose that Mpeg1.

For VCD resolution, data rate and audio features are defined. Therefore you can not change certain settings, otherwise the non-standard VCD and would not run on stand-alone players. Some players can play M-VCD, which works with variable data rates and sometimes much more s.Laufzeit can fit on the CD.

There is an unlock template in a subfolder, with the all fields enabled.

1) I thought I had found no post explains how to do that amcht it fits on 1 CD! (But there are many who only explain how to make avi to VCD) Alo hild contact me!
2) I choose no template before it is even (; one probably makes it even TMPEG ENVISAGES mans but what I do not know)! I open it and only download the file (; without the wizard) and does not go anyway!
So please help / help me .... yes is a program that can give!
