The following problem:
I use a SonyDCR-HC1000 with 4 channel sound, which can be manually Austen. However, the camera intervenes with clipping at the same time and although still on all 4 channels. This has the consequence that if someone reinhustet into the microphone on channel 3, the channels 1, 2 and 4 are synonymous with deregulates. How can I prevent this?
My rationale had been to turn a compressor / limiter to each input, so no more clipping can occur (and hence the internal limiter in the camera no longer intervenes). Unfortunately, I have no such device (small, portable, battery powered) can be found - only 19 "units with 230V. Is there such a thing on the market?
Or someone knows a different solution to the problem?

The cam is wahrscheinlcih in automatic mode. Just try to convert them (in the manual would have to stand) and put the channels according to your wishes.

Orginelle idea, but is more likely a purely academic nature. The effort with digitalis, buffer, limit, and converted back to analog and Korrrektur of the time offset in post-production is perhaps a little large (and if there were such a device synonymous quite expensive).
